Welcome to my yoga classes, where I share my journey of transformation through practice. After a serious back injury, I discovered a new perspective on yoga, emphasizing safety and self-awareness. In each session, I guide you to listen to your body and make modifications that suit your needs. Together, we’ll explore how the lessons learned on the mat can enhance your daily life, helping you feel stronger, less stressed, and more at ease.
